The apostle Paul was an expert on rejoicing in the midst of persecution. Satan was constantly stirring up trouble for him. Paul said it was not even worth considering compared to the glory that was about to be revealed.
If Paul could rejoice in the midst of beatings, stoning, shipwrecks, imprisonment and almost every other kind of persecution, you can do the same. Just be like Paul, never allow the enemy to steal your joy.
When Paul and Silas were shackled in prison they made the decision to rejoice. The power of God fell in that place, and the chains had no choice but to break. You can release the same power in your life today when you choose to rejoice. So, rejoice, and again I say rejoice!
