Behold also the ships, which though they be so great, and are driven of fierce winds, yet are they turned about with a very small helm

In the movie the Pirates of the Caribbean, Captain Jack Sparrow has a compass that does not show north, but shows the direction where he desires to go and whenever he is at the helm of a ship he steers in the direction of the compass.

It is so with you, with your tongue, it maps the direction where you are headed when used with intent and faith. Because of your identity in Christ and the manifold grace therein, you can navigate from one treasure to another, steering your ship with the help of your tongue.

You have the communion with the Holy Spirit, the Word and our Prophet to tune that compass, that is your spirit, and your tongue to get you there, with tongues, verses, prophecies, cutting of the darkness of the spiritual realm with the sword of the Spirit (the rhema of God) until you get that image clear, that note of victory.

Dear Father, You have made me a wonder, a champion, an adventurer. Treasures await me and You are with me through it all. I am so thankful.
