In aviation, pilot stripes indicate rank and responsibility. One or two stripes denote a trainee or junior pilot, three identify a fully qualified first officer, and four represent the captain, the pilot in command. The number of stripes reflects the years of dedication invested in their craft. Before the outward manifestation of a pilot’s work is seen, years of dedication precede it, all of which are ultimately rewarded.
In the same way, the work you put into advancing the Kingdom of God does not go unnoticed. As you faithfully serve and grow, your “stripes” begin to show. Your level of responsibility increases, and the fruit of your labour becomes evident. Devote yourself to God’s call on your life and witness His blessings pour into your life.
