God is still asking this question today, not just to leaders, but to young people willing to say yes. You do not need to be perfect or fully prepared, just available. God often uses the willing before the qualified. It is God himself who qualifies the called. If you are faithful where you are, God will position you for more. Your obedience could be the answer someone is praying for.
