It has been medically proven that by the time a baby is born, he or she can recognize their parent's voice especially the mother's. Even from the womb, the voice of a mother has a calming effect on the baby. After the child is born, the baby will turn his or her head toward the parent who is talking, recognizing their voice.

Those who belong to God are born with the innate ability to recognize their Father's voice. You were conceived in the womb of the Word, birthed by the midwifery of the Holy Spirit and you are born of God.

Just as a natural born baby becomes familiar with the voice of his or her parent by hearing their voice over and over again, you also become intimately acquainted with the voice of your heavenly Father by listening to and reading His Words as often as possible. You are born from God and you definitely know His voice.
