Psalm 91:9-10 (NLT)

If you make the LORD your refuge, if you make the Most High your shelter, no evil will conquer you; no plague will come near your home.

Teenage life can feel overwhelming, with pressure at school, fear of bullying, anxiety about the future, or feeling unsafe emotionally or mentally. Our Scripture reveals a powerful truth: protection is not a place you visit; it’s a life you live in Christ. When you make God your dwelling place, you don’t run to Him only in trouble; you live from safety.

This means fear doesn’t control you. Even when others who don’t know Christ seem confident or fearless, their security is temporary. Yours is covenant-based. God becomes your refuge and your defence in every environment, whether it is online, at school, or in life decisions.

You are not exposed. You are not vulnerable. You are divinely defended. When you understand this, confidence replaces fear, and peace guards your heart daily.

Prayer Point

Father, thank You for being my refuge. Help me live daily, conscious of Your protection and rest boldly in Your presence, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
